Welcome to St Matthew’s and St Paul’s
Our churches are places where you can wonder, explore, and belong. All are welcome as together we experience God in music, worship, community, prayer and fun.
Whether you’re familiar with church or not, just turn up. We’d love for you to join us.

Who we are
We are a friendly, inclusive and vibrant Anglican parish for all ages in the heart of Winchester. Jesus’ disciples followed him day by day. We, too, are pilgrims on a life-changing journey. If you are new to the area or to church, we’d love you to join us. There are no rules or dress code – just come along ‘as you are’.

Twice a month we have a 4pm Bubble Church service for families with young children – click here to find out more.
At St Matthew’s we use the traditional Book of Common Prayer for either Holy Communion (first and third Sunday of the month) or Mattins (all other Sundays).
