Enhance your physical and mental well-being with a workout based on Tai Chi, Balance and Pilates. Our qualified instructor, Stuart, guides us through from one activity to another
finishing with a sound bath meditation.
This free 45-minute class is suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. It is
particularly suited to those starting to exercise for the first time or returning after a period of
inactivity.
We get together every Saturday of the year (except Christmas and New Year’s Day) starting at
9 o’clock in St Paul’s Church, with on stie parking for those attending. We will generally go to
a local coffee shop around 10 o’clock – to which everyone whether regular or attending for
the first time is more than welcome to join.
