2 to 4 June
Our flower festival will tell the story of St Matthew’s in three parts, from the shepherds’ church, through the centuries as parish church, to our looking Beyond Ourselves as part of the Parish of St Matthew with St Paul and St Anastasius.
The festival is part of the programme of events to celebrate the re-opening and rededication of the church after months of extensive work: re-tiling the roof, creating a new community space with kitchenette, and building a modern toilet extension beyond the vestry.
There will be refreshments, entry is free, and a warm welcome awaits visitors. Come and enjoy the themed arrangements in a tiny, ancient church filled with flowers!
Times: Fri, Sat, 10 am–4 pm, Sun 1–4 pm
