St Paul’s is across the tracks from the entrance to Winchester railway station and a 10-minute walk from the High Street. Facilities are available for hire (minimum time two hours) and are used by a wide range of community groups, both religious and secular. These include fitness and language classes, children’s and youth groups, a ballet school, local residents’ and allotment meetings, faith development and Christian meditation, pre-school staff meetings and parents’ evenings.

Parish Rooms

A room with an interconnected kitchenette; use of chairs and tables as needed.

£15 per hour, reduced to £13 per hour for charities or if three or more annual sessions are booked; this includes heating, if necessary.

Hall

A medium-sized hall with use of chairs and tables as needed; seats up to 60 people.

£15 per hour, reduced to £13 per hour for charities or if three or more annual sessions are booked; this includes heating, if necessary.

St Paul’s Church

A beautiful, spacious and flexible venue, fully accessible, with modern facilities.

£35 per hour, reduced to £20 per hour for charities; this includes heating, if necessary. The gallery and meeting room can be hired at £20 per hour, reduced to £15 per hour for charities. Kitchen use is an additional cost. Full details are on our rate card.

St Matthew’s Church

Meeting area and kitchenette with space for up to 15 people.

£15 per hour, reduced to £13 per hour for charities or if three or more annual sessions are booked; this includes heating, if necessary.

Payment is required up-front to make a booking, together with a damage/cleaning deposit of £25. Keys need to be collected from the parish office the week before the booking date and returned as soon as possible afterwards.
