Spiritual direction

Spiritual direction, or accompaniment, is the process of meeting someone regularly who is experienced in accompanying people on their spiritual journey. This can be a wonderful support and a way of deepening your faith and learning to discern God’s presence in your life. Spiritual directors normally meet people at regular intervals, for about an hour. If you are interested in finding a spiritual director near you, please see the diocesan website. It may also be possible to be directed by one of the parish clergy; please contact Revd Liz Stuart.
